SHENANDOAH, Va. — Local fire crews battled a blaze in the Land of Shenandoah on Monday.
According to a media release from the Shenandoah Volunteer Fire Department, units were dispatched at 5:30 a.m. on February 17, 2025.

When crews first arrived on-scene, they discovered a residential trailer with heavy fire throughout.
The fire was brought under control within 35 mins. Crews remained on scene for more than an hour, checking and cooling hot spots.
The Shenandoah Volunteer Fire Department was assisted by the Elkton Volunteer Fire Company, the Stanley Volunteer Fire Company (for a tanker), and Page EMS.
