LURAY, Va. — It’s spring cleaning time! If you live within town limits, get rid of excess household “junk” by simply placing items on your curb.

Have a barely working vacuum cleaner? A table you’ve been meaning to refinish for years? An old lamp with a bad cord that just collects dust? NOW is the time to free yourself of extra clutter.

Pickup dates are based on location. Some items are prohibited (see notice below).

NOTE: Plenty of folks upcycle, so you may notice that some of your “curb items” are picked up (and on their way to happy new lives) way before town crews make their rounds each morning.
