Event to connect employers and career seekers across the Commonwealth
The Virginia Career Works Piedmont Region has announced a statewide hiring event that will happen this week.
A part of the Virginia Has Jobs initiative, this online career fair will be held Wednesday March 5, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The event will feature more than 85 Virginia employers offering more than 3,800 positions.
Employers will be on hand, staffing virtual employer booths, providing job search resources, and conducting live video interviews.

UPLOADING A RESUME OR SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. Employers will be able to view resumes and/or experience summaries of registered attendees and invite them to virtual job fair booths.
In a February 25, 2025 media release, Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin issued the following statement:

Wednesday’s job fair event is being held in partnership with Virginia Career Works and the Virginia Employment Commission.
